Born in Hong Kong, Tim has a strong passion for fitness. He began learning resistance training in 2019 and has been obsessed with researching physical fitness training ever since. He is enthusiastic about helping clients maintain a positive attitude and helping them cultivate positive lifestyle habits. He hopes that his clients can obtain the maximum training effect with the correct and effective training methods. Tim believes that “fitness will never progress without taking the first step. By maintaining training, the body will change.” He hopes that every client can understand the importance of exercise and enjoy it, making fitness a part of their life.
